My experience with Pine River Dental was fine until the after math of the visit. I had a cavity filled by Dr. Jamie Preble with the white filling and my tooth rejected the filling, my tooth was very sensitive with this filling in. I went back to have the filling removed and replaced with the silver filling. I was told that it could be sensitive for awhile afterwards, which it was but no where near as sensitive as the white filling so I just put up with the sensitivity. My tooth was never the same after this cavity was filled, after 2 years of dealing with the sensitivity and annoyance I finally asked my new dentist about it and she didn't really know what it could be. So they took pictures of my tooth and come to find out the white filling was not fully removed when Dr. Preble replaced it with the silver filling. I called Pine River Dental and talked to a lady by the name of Sandy and asked her who I would talk to about getting a check sent to me for the difference that my insurance wouldn't cover to AGAIN replace this filling, which should have been done right the second time and she was very persistent and rude about how they would not send me a check but would talk to Dr. Preble and call me back. I received a voicemail message from Sandy stating the office would not be sending me a check from their office in a very rude tone. My point of this whole story is that if you make an error you own up to it and do what is right. I was asking for a whopping $55 that the insurance wouldn't cover for an error that they made. I which now have to go through this for a third time which it should have only have to been twice and take time off of work to get this done. I will never recommend Pine River Dental to anybody I know.
